Onsite Plastering Supervisor
We're Looking for a Leader, Not Just Another Plasterer.
Lady Tradies Trade Services is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Onsite Plastering Supervisor to join our team.

This role is suited to a qualified and experienced Gyprock Plasterer who enjoys leading a team, managing jobs, and delivering high-quality workmanship across residential insurance repairs and private works throughout Southeast Queensland.
​
You will be responsible for supervising plastering works on site, supporting our tradespeople, coordinating materials, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
This isn't a desk job. We're looking for a qualified Gyprock plasterer with a minimum of 10 years' experience who is still happy to be on the tools while leading from the front.

About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supervising plastering teams and subcontractors on site

Running jobs from start to completion

Coordinating materials and ordering supplies as required

Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with job requirements

Liaising with clients, supervisors, and internal team members
-
Problem-solving on site and providing practical solutions
-
Supporting a positive and productive team environment

Working alongside the team installing plasterboard walls and ceilings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-
Qualified Gyprock Plastering experience

Minimum 10 years' industry experience

Strong knowledge of residential plastering repairs
-
Ability to lead and supervise a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
-
A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service
-
A current driver's licence and White Card
-
Full working rights in Australia
Previous experience supervising trades, managing insurance repair works, or coordinating residential projects will be highly regarded.
