Expression of Interest - Qualified Painter - North Queensland
Lady Tradies is expanding, and we're seeking expressions of interest from experienced, qualified painters interested in joining our team in Far North Queensland.
We are planning to establish a permanent presence in the region within the next 3–6 months and are looking for the riExht person to help lead our operations locally.
This is a full-time employee position—not subcontract work.
About the Role
As our Far North Queensland Painter, you will work independently, representing the Lady Tradies brand while delivering high-quality residential and insurance repair painting projects.
Due to the distance from our Brisbane head office, you'll need to be confident managing your own workload, maintaining excellent communication, and delivering exceptional workmanship without direct day-to-day supervision.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Trade qualification in Painting & Decorating.

Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience.

The ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Professional communication and customer service skills.

A current driver's licence and a clean driving record.

A commitment to safety and following company systems and procedures.
Highly Regarded

Previous project management or site supervision experience.

Experience working on insurance repairs.

Experience coordinating multiple jobs and liaising with clients and other trades.
